Product Introduction

Mini crimped wire mesh is a lightweight fine-mesh metal screen. Made of thin metal wires, it is produced by crimping first then interlocking weaving technology. Thin warp and weft wires are pressed into wave shapes and interlocked together, featuring fine, uniform mesh openings and self-locked structure without shifting. It has thin wire diameter and delicate mesh surface, available in full rolls, small sheets and edge-wrapped filter pieces. Wire diameter, aperture and material can be customized. It is a versatile light wire mesh for fine screening, precision filtration, miniature protection and decorative partition.

Main Raw Material Types

Black Iron Mini Crimped Mesh: Low-carbon cold-drawn black wire with high cost performance, for indoor fine screening, grain silo insect prevention and mini equipment protection.

Electro/Hot-dip Galvanized Mini Crimped Mesh: Anti-rust galvanized surface after weaving, moisture and oxidation resistant, for small outdoor fences, aquaculture isolation and ventilation filtration.

Grade 201 Stainless Steel Mini Crimped Mesh: Mild rust resistance with moderate cost, widely used for decoration, small kitchen filter mesh and indoor filtration.

Grade 304 Stainless Steel Mini Crimped Mesh: Food-grade acid & alkali resistance, specially for food filter screens, herbal screening, kitchen filtration and water precision filtration.

Grade 316 Stainless Steel Mini Crimped Mesh: Chloride ion corrosion resistant, applied to seawater filtration and chemical miniature fine screens.

Production Technology

Special small crimping weaving machines for thin wires are adopted. Thin warp and weft wires are pressed into continuous waves first, then interlocked and woven, including single crimp, double crimp and flat-top lock styles. Wavy wires interlock without welding, fine mesh stays intact without loose wires or deformation under slight vibration, with smooth, burr-free mesh surface. Finished products support cutting, edge binding, bending, small filter frame welding, as well as plastic dipping and painting anti-corrosion treatment.
