Product Introduction
Reinforcement mesh, also called welded steel reinforcement mesh, is made of high-quality low-carbon steel bars. Horizontal and vertical steel bars are vertically intersected and integrally fused by fully automatic CNC resistance spot welding equipment. Featuring standard grid dimensions and high-tensile firm weld joints, it is a dedicated reinforcing metal mesh for construction projects. Custom wire diameters, mesh apertures, length and width sizes are available. It is divided into two main types: cold-drawn steel mesh and ribbed steel mesh, widely applied to various civil engineering projects including buildings, bridges, road pavements, tunnels, floor slabs and slope protection.
Main Raw Material Types
Cold-drawn smooth round steel mesh: Smooth round wire with moderate cost, suitable for floor slabs, roof surfaces, plaster anti-crack layers and reinforcement of small cast-in-place components.
Cold-rolled ribbed steel mesh (CRB550): Threaded surface with strong bonding force to concrete, serving as the primary material for municipal roads, floor slabs and bridges.
Hot-rolled deformed steel mesh (HRB400): High strength and heavy load capacity, applied to heavy-duty projects such as large bridges, foundations, large factory buildings and heavy-load pavements.
Galvanized steel mesh: Fully hot-dip galvanized for anti-corrosion performance, used for outdoor slope protection, water conservancy projects, coastal infrastructure and humid anti-corrosion construction scenarios.
Production Process
Adopting fully automatic CNC multi-point synchronous welding technology, longitudinal and transverse steel bars are precisely positioned and intersected, then fused by high-temperature resistance welding without cold solder joints or missing welds. Finished meshes have flat, warp-free surfaces with uniform square grids. Custom cutting, edge trimming and bending are available; whole-sheet packaging and strip cutting processing are supported, with sizes strictly customized in accordance with construction standards.
