Product Introduction

Welded wire mesh, also known as welded mesh panel, is manufactured with metal wires as raw materials via fully automatic resistance spot welding technology. The longitudinal and transverse wires are vertically intersected and welded into shape, featuring neat and uniform mesh openings with firm, crack-free welding joints. It is an extremely versatile metal wire mesh. Finished products including rolled mesh, mesh panels, edge-wrapped mesh and welded frames can be processed. Wire diameter, aperture, material and dimensions are all customizable as required, widely applied in breeding, construction, safety protection, industrial screening, landscaping and many other industries.

Main Raw Material Types

Hot-dip Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh: Welded first then hot-dip galvanized with thick zinc coating and excellent rust resistance. Specially designed for humid outdoor environments, breeding farms and exterior wall plastering, boasting a long service life.

Electro-galvanized Welded Wire Mesh: Low cost with mild rust protection, suitable for dry indoor spaces, temporary protection and small breeding cages.

Grade 304 Stainless Steel Welded Wire Mesh: Food-grade corrosion-resistant material that withstands weak acids and alkalis, waterproof and rust-proof. Ideal for food processing, water treatment, kitchens, bathrooms and coastal environments.

Grade 316 Stainless Steel Welded Wire Mesh: Resists chloride ions as well as strong acids and alkalis, used for highly corrosive working conditions such as seawater, chemical plants and pickling workshops.

Black Iron Welded Wire Mesh (Cold-drawn Wire): High hardness and low cost, mostly used for anti-crack wall plaster mesh and temporary construction site barriers. It can be painted later for anti-rust treatment.

Production Process

Fully automatic CNC welding equipment is adopted. Metal warp and weft wires are precisely aligned and fused together at crossing points under high temperature for integrated forming. The mesh surface is flat without warpage, with uniform and standard mesh sizes. Finished products can undergo anti-corrosion treatments including galvanizing, plastic dipping, plastic spraying and polishing. Secondary processing such as cutting, edge folding, bending, frame welding and hook stamping is available.
