Product Introduction

Perforated metal sheets are fabricated from metal substrates including stainless steel sheet, galvanized steel sheet, aluminum sheet and cold rolled steel sheet via integrated CNC stamping. The panels feature regularly or artistically arranged holes, integrating multiple functions such as light transmission, sound insulation, safety partition, decorative finishing, screening and filtration. They can be processed into flat sheets, bent pieces or framed finished products, with customizable dimensions, hole diameters and plate materials, widely applied in industries, construction, indoor & outdoor decoration, mechanical equipment protection and other fields.

Common Plate Materials

Galvanized Perforated Sheet: Cost-effective with built-in anti-rust coating, suitable for outdoor fences, machine room protection and ventilation equipment, applicable to general dry and humid environments.

Grade 304 Stainless Steel Perforated Sheet: Food-grade rust-proof material resistant to weak acids and alkalis, waterproof and corrosion-resistant, ideal for food machinery, water treatment, kitchen & bathroom and coastal areas.

Grade 316 Stainless Steel Perforated Sheet: Resists chloride ions as well as acid and alkali corrosion, specially used in seawater, chemical pickling and high-salt environments.

Aluminum Alloy Perforated Sheet: Lightweight, rust-proof and easy for spray coating, mostly adopted for curtain walls, ceilings, landscape decoration and building facades.

Cold Rolled Steel Sheet: High strength and strong load-bearing capacity, commonly used for mechanical protection and equipment sieve plates, which can be painted later for anti-corrosion treatment.

Production Technology

CNC stamping technology is adopted to punch the plate in one step, delivering neatly arranged holes, burr-free and smooth panel surfaces. Multiple hole styles are available: round holes, square holes, slotted holes, diamond holes, artistic gradient holes and pattern perforations. Secondary processing including bending, rolling, edge binding, frame welding, electrostatic spraying and anodizing coloring is supported to fit various installation structures.
