Product Introduction

Stainless steel crimped wire mesh is square-hole metal wire cloth manufactured with stainless steel wire through a process of crimping first then weaving. Warp and weft wires are pre-crimped into wave shapes to interlock with each other, delivering uniform mesh openings and self-locked structures free from shifting. It is a versatile metal mesh integrating screening, filtration, protection and decoration. Custom full rolls, mesh sheets and cut pieces are available to suit civil, industrial, food, chemical and other applications.

Main Raw Material Grades

Grade 201 Stainless Steel: Cost-effective with mild rust resistance, suitable for dry indoor environments, general protection and decoration.

Grade 304 / 304L Stainless Steel: General food-grade material resistant to weak acids and alkalis, rust-proof and high-temperature resistant. It is the top choice for food processing, water treatment and general industrial use.

Grade 316 / 316L Stainless Steel: Resists chloride ions as well as strong acids and alkalis, specially designed for seawater, electroplating and severely corrosive chemical environments.

Grade 321 Stainless Steel: Features excellent high-temperature stability for kilns and heat treatment high-temperature working conditions.

Weaving Technology

All products adopt the crimp-first interlocking weaving process, featuring four weaving types: double crimp, double intermediate crimp, single crimp and flat-top lock crimp. The crimped wires interlock with one another without welding or loosening. Mesh openings remain intact under long-term vibration and heavy loads, with flat and neat mesh surfaces.
